Important Notice of Changes in the Scope of IEICE Electronics Express |

Editorial Committee The scope of IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX) will be changed on March 1, 2012. And manuscripts on a subject which is not included in the new scope will not be accepted from March 1, 2012. The new scope is as follows. Scope: IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX) is an all-electronic journal published twice a month by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) and edited by the Electronics Society in IEICE.
