The editorial board of IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems

In this institute, the distribution of academic journals to society members has been electronized since April 2006, and papers in the online journal are currently considered as original papers. However, the submission of papers was restricted to black and white in principle to keep the identity of printed papers and online papers, and an extra charge was required for color submission.

From January 1st 2011, our editorial policy will be changed partially, and we will accept color submission in the IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems, in which color figures, color photographs and color tables appear in color in the online version, and they appear in black and white in the printed version. The color publication in the printed version is available at extra cost as before. Note, the other three transactions still do not accept color submission as before.
