*The term of Payment of Membership Fee is in every November of previous year.
According to the decision of the Board of Directors, the term of payment of a membership fee will be changed from the fiscal year 2006. The membership fee for Members and Student members shall be paid before the next fiscal year in advance.
In this connection, we will send you a bill of your membership fee for the next fiscal year in every November of previous year. Regarding the fiscal year 2006, we will send you the bill of your membership fee twice.
The first, we will send you it for April, 2006 - March, 2007 in May, 2006.
The second, we will send you it for April, 2007 - March, 2008 in November, 2006.

*About OMDP (The Overseas
Membership Development program);
OMDP (Overseas Membership Development Program) is provided for candidates from
countries/areas in Asia(except Republic of Korea and Taiwan), Africa, Central
America, and South America. This program is designed so that IEICE can contribute
to and support the progress of science and technology throughout the world. Scientists
and engineers in these countries/areas are encouraged to apply to the program.
NOTE: Because of the recent rapid economic development of Republic of Korea and
Taiwan, applications from members of these countries for the IEICE Overseas Membership
Development Program(OMDP) will not be accepted from April 2005.
