Bibliographic information of papers published in ELEX is freely accessible. User ID and password should be quoted when PDF versions of papers are accessed. These are issued to IEICE Non-Members free of charge when they register themselves. ID and password issued for use of Transactions Online services are not valid for accessing ELEX.
* Currently, both bibliographic information and PDF files of the respective papers can be accessed freely ---without login procedures--- on trial basis.

User ID and password are sent to your contact e-mail address when registration is completed.

3. Changing Your Contact E-mail Address

You may change your contact e-mail address. You should quote your User ID, password, and your name. You will receive notification of the change at your new contact e-mail address.

If you forget your User ID or password, we will send it to you. You should quote your name and contact e-mail address. We will send the information to your contact e-mail address.

5. Period of Validity and Charge

ID and password issued to IEICE Non-Members expire in six months. They should register themselves every six months for continuously accessing PDF versions of ELEX papers. Although registration is made free of charge for the present, IEICE strongly recommends that Non-Members apply for membership of IEICE.
