The Technical Report of The Proceeding of The Institute of Electronics, Information and communication Engineers are written in Japanese. The Technical Report is divied into 41 field of the following from April 2018 to March 2019.
The subscription for the fiscal year (April to next March) is accepted by The Institute of Electronics,Information and Communication Engineers on March.You have to request us the subscription (order form) at the beginning of March,because the field and prices are made a change every year.
The deadline is the 31 ^th of March.That is law. If you order form sent us after 31 ^th of March (the postal date-mark will be determining in this respect),you will have to have some missing numbers.
Also,we do not deduct it from your subscription rates.The repot is not published monthly,and the irregular publication.
