yStatementz
As globalization forces changes in the structures of industry, EIC (Electronics, Information and Communication) industry is facing the needs to transform itself, which cannot be achieved just by continuation nor by incremental efforts. We should create and propose "new values" for the society by means of utilizing the technologies and intelligence owned by the IEICE members and other liaisoning entities with IEICE, so that the EIC industry grows. Such values should work for new technologies, new combinations and new applications. The values can be activated by members through encounter, discovery, exchange of information and opinions. I will be committed for IEICE to provide more such opportunities which should lead to the contributions to the society by IEICE members.
