yStatementz
Standard Activities Steering Committee in IEICE has given much result mainly in the field of IEC until now. There are other international standardization organizations like ITU, ISO, etc which are closely related to the Institute, and also various forums to aim at the international standardization. In the situation that globalization is rapidly progressing with industry, education, and every other areas, the Committee should take up positively future problems in advance so that our standard activities work effectively for associated R&D and industry. Based on this point of view, I will make effort to activate IEICE activities related to the international standardization.
