Conference Registration
1. Registration Fees
Registration fee is requested as shown below.

1. The fee includes participation in the conference, congress bag, coffee breaks, luncheons, banquet, farewell party, and technical tour. The fee excludes hotel / travelling costs.
2. Banquet and farewell party
Banquet and farewell party will be held on November 2 and 4 at the conference venue and at the technical tour, respectively.
3. Technical Tour
Technical tour will be held on November 4 with the farewell party.
2. Payment Method
On-site payment
Payment can be made only in cash at the registration desk in the conference venue.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration (banquet and tour) and hotel must be notified to the Secretariat by a written document before September 30th, 2009.

Conferrence site is located in the tallest building in Fudan University.
There are three hotels close to the conference building.
Reservation must be made by "REGISTRATION" until September 30th.
After this date,the reservation will be on request basis.
