  Objective:

The 7th International Conference on Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics 2011 (ICSANE 2011) will provide an opportunity for system engineers and researchers to discuss new and viable technical topics of electronics system in spacecraft, aircraft, ships and ground facilities.

   Instructions for Authors:

Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit an abstract through the Submission System of technical group on SANE with the title of the paper, the authorfs name(s), affiliation, and contact information. Process for Obtaining a Visa on Arrival (VoA)

Visitors from countries with Visa-On-Arrival status will go to new 'VoA Counters' to have their passports stamped with the on-arrival visa before going to the Immigration Clearance Desk. An official bank will be attached in the VoA counters. Payment can only be made in US dollar bank notes or Indonesian Rupiahs equivalent. Payment by Credit-Card is under discussion and to be determined. In the bigger airports, like Jakarta and Bali, several rows of VoA counters will be provided.

  Best Paper Award :

At the International Conference on Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics 2011 (ICSANE 2011), we will give the Best Paper Awards. At the conference, we conduct the review for the Prize.

Papers subject to review are ones to satisfy all the conditions stated below.

(1) Presenter is the lead author of the paper.
(2) Presenter who already submitted the camera-ready paper.
(3) Paper is not the invited paper.

2. Criterion to select the best paper

(1) Creative research and development
(2) Highly original research
(3) Promising mission design and system proposal
(4) Remarkable discovery and invention
(5) Contribution of research and achievement to the Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics
(6) Derivation of effective method, technique development and practical application
(7) Other meaningful presentation w.r.t. the Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics

3. Certificate and Prize

Best Presenter Award: One person


The Workshop for Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics will bear all expenses related to the Prize. Certificate will be presented in the name of the chairperson of Program Committee under the ICSANE2011. The supplementary prize will be also presented as a premium.

4. Award ceremony
Award ceremony will be held at the farewell party.

5. Application for IEICE Transaction
Application for IEICE Transaction of IEICE is highly recommended after ICSANE2011.
