For a short visit to Sri Lanka, travellers should obtain an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) with effect from 1st of January2012. For authors and participants except from Sri Lanka and Japan, it is recommended that they contact their local "Sri Lanka Consulate Office" or "Sri Lanka ETA official website" .
