Registration Fee

Participants, Regular: 65,000 JPY
Participants, Students: 40,000 JPY
Participants of Sri Lanka Resident: 30,000 JPY

The registration fee includes an electric copy of the conference proceedings, lunches and conference banquets. Except for "Participants of Sri Lanka Resident", the fee also includes Technical Visits.

"Participants of Sri Lanka Resident" fee can be applied to the participants living in Sri Lanka.

Registration Due Dates

For every accepted paper, at least one author is requested to register by Author Registration Due (May 31, 2015 JST). After this date, presentation slot may not be available and the manuscript may not appear in the proceedings.

APSITT 2015 online registration is managed by AMARYS, a service of JTB, Corp. Online registration consists of two steps.

Online Registration

Payment

Registration fee is paid only by Japanese currency, Yen. For payment, both Credit Card and Bank Transfer are acceptable.

Credit Card is accepted for residents outside Japan.
Bank Transfer is strongly recommended for residents in Japan. (Transfer fee will be charged separately).

Payment Due

Payment Due for Authors: June 30, 2015 (JST)
Payment Due for Participants: July 29, 2015 (JST)

After the payment due, unpaid registration will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Deadline of cancellation for participants is July 3, 2015 (JST). Refunds will not be made after those dates.
