- The required information for the advance registration is as follows: name; affiliation; email address; telephone number; fax number. Only English is acceptable.
- At least one author for each paper MUST send the above information required for the advance registration by March 15, 2010.
- All participants in PPEMC'10 are requested to complete the advance registration via email by May 14, 2010.

Submission Process [Finished]
1 An extended abstract with a maximum of 100 words written in English, reflecting new or advanced study in theories and/or applications, is to be submitted online. Clicking HERE will take you to the submission site that is open from Feb. 15 to Mar. 15, 2010. Directions for submission is described in the next section.
2 Each abstract will be technically reviewed after submission. The corresponding author will be notified of the review result of his or her abstract by email by April 1, 2010.
3 A final manuscript up to 4 pages in PDF format needs to be submitted online through a submission portal. The URL of the submission portal is found in the email with the subject of "[IEICE] URL for Submission - EMCJ - 2010-05-EMCJ-...". The email was sent just after you submitted the extended abstract. An MS Word template is strongly recommended to complete the final manuscript.


Directions for Submission of Extended Abstract [Finished]
- The submission of the extended abstract is allowed only in the electronic submission system written in English. Note that any submission from the site written in Japanese will be ignored.
- All items with an asterisk (*) are required to fill out in English.
- Every author who would like to present at PPEMC'10 should fill out an extended abstract (up to 100 words in English) in the "Abstract" box. The submitted abstract will be reviewed for acceptance for presentation at PPEMC'10.
- "Contact Information" will be used to notify the review result. Especially, the email address of the corresponding author needs to be correct.
- In PPEMC'10, the copyright of the paper belongs to the author who created the work. However, please understand for submission process you must check and fill out your name in the "Assignment of Copyright Agreement" box to complete submission process in this electronic submission system. This funcion of submission process could not be omitted.
- Banquet registration will be received only on site on the first day of PPEMC'10 (May 27). Hence, the "Questionnaire for banquet" box is allowed to be left blank.

Award of PPEMC'10
Student Award is to be presented from IEEE EMC Society Japan/Sendai Chapters.
Purpose: to honour student authors for outstanding work in EMC field
Winner: Keisuke Matsumoto, Okayama University (Physics-Based Modeling of DGS Filter Formed on Return Plane of Printed Circuit Boards)
Prize: certificate and 20,000 JPY cash reward for each author
Eligibility: IEEE Student Members
Ceremony: held at the Banquet on May 27


Notes
- All papers are arranged for oral sessions but a poster presentation might also be arranged depending on the number of the accepted papers.
- Each presentation in the oral sessions will be allotted for 20 minutes including a 15-minute presentation and a following 5-minute question & answer period.
- The on-site payment by cash is the only option for PPEMC'10. At least one author for each accepted paper MUST pay the registration fee and attend the conference on the appropriate day. The regisntration fees are 7,000 JPY for regular and 2,000 JPY for student.
- A banquet will be held in Shikisai after all sessions are finished on May 27. A banquet ticket (5,000 JPY per person) will be sold only on site.
