The 5th Pan-Pacific EMC Joint Meeting (PPEMC'12) was held at NICT, Tokyo on 29-30 Nov. 2012. The young scientists sessions of PPEMC'12, which includes 19 presentations about most recent EMC topics, were held on 29 Nov. 2012. Two excellent presentator were honored as 'IEICE Technical Committee on Electromagnetic Compatibility Young Scientist Excellent Paper Award '.
