Dear Colleagues and Fellow EMC Engineers, Shalom from Israel, We are delighted to announce the 2003 IEEE International Symposium on EMC to be held in Tel-Aviv, Israel on May 11-16, 2003. The Symposium will provide a platform for the presentation and discussion of new developments in the field of Electromagnetic Compatibility and related topics. Paper sessions will include topics on the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects, EMC Education and Management, EMC Design, from circuit to System, Spectrum Engineering, High Power Microwave Effects and Electromagnetic Threats, Signal Integrity and High Speed Considerations, Product Safety, Radiation Hazards and Biological Effects of EMF, and many, many other exciting topics. Workshops, tutorials, "Birds of a Feather" panels and special invited sessions will be organized on stimulating topics. PAPER SUBMISSION Prospective authors are invited to submit by July 15, 2002, an abstract and preliminary manuscripts in English, either electronically, via e-mail or by regular mail.
