[IEICE-CS eNews<2017-17>]Latest Impact Factor of IEICE Transactions on Communications and Page Charge Exemption of Position Papers

Dear Overseas Members,

It is our great pleasure to inform you that the 2016 Impact Factor of 
IEICE Transactions on Communications is 0.826 (Journal Citation 
Reports, Thomson Reuters 2017). We would like to thank the warm 
support from the dedicated authors, readers, reviewers, editors for 
regular issues, guest editors and contributors for special sections, 
which makes this progress possible. We will make hard efforts for 
further improving the quality of IEICE Transactions on Communications.
For significant achievement and continued growth in coming years, we 
look forward to your further support and your excellent manuscripts 
for publication in IEICE Transactions on Communications.

I have a notification before closing this message. The POSITION PAPERs
 submitted by September 30, 2017 will be exempted from the page 
charges up to the fee required for 50 reprints of four pages with 
electronic source data using the IEICE LaTeX style file.
