If you want to nominate a 2014 IEICE Fellow candidate and if you
have been a member of IEICE for ten years or more, please read
the followings.  Deadline for 2014 Fellow Candidate recommendation
is January 31st 2014.

As an optional service, prior to Fellow Candidate recommendation,
qualifications for Nominator and References of Fellow Candidate
(http://www.ieice.org/eng/fellow/kouhoshatou-e.html) will be
confirmed if you send full names and IEICE IDs to
cs-miyoshi@mail.ieice.org by 17th Jan., 2014.
