If you want to nominate a 2013 IEICE Fellow candidate and if you
have been a member of IEICE for ten years or more, please read
the followings.  Deadline for 2013 Fellow Candidate recommendation
is January 31st 2013

Summary;
As an optional service, prior to Fellow Candidate recommendation,
qualifications for Nominator and References of Fellow Candidate
(http://www.ieice.org/eng/fellow/kouhoshatou-e.html) will be
confirmed if you send full names and IEICE IDs to
cs-mizoguchi@mail.ieice.org by 18th Jan., 2013, from 11th Jan.
